Backstory (Story Universe)
Prior to the disaster that struck the world[1], Beeper was created in a secret laboratory by a team of scientists who specialized in artificial lifeform technology. As a protogen, Beeper had both biological and artificial parts. From the moment of his creation, Beeper was trained in combat and espionage, honing his skills to become a lethal weapon. But Beeper was more than just a tool of war. He was endowed with an intelligence and curiosity that far surpassed his original programming. As he grew more aware of his surroundings and his own abilities, Beeper began to question the purpose of his existence. One day, Beeper made the decision to escape from the laboratory and seek out a life of his own choosing. It was a risky move, but Beeper's training allowed him to evade his creators and flee into the wilderness.
For months, Beeper wandered the wilderness alone, observing and learning from the natural world around him. He discovered a deep love for nature. However it wouldn't be too long before the disaster hit the world. Eventually, Beeper encountered a group of survivors led by Orin, and he knew that he had found his true purpose. Joining Orin's team, Beeper used his combat skills and knowledge of technology to aid in their mission of rebuilding and protecting their community. Over time, Beeper became a trusted member of the team, known for his fierce loyalty and his willingness to put himself in harm's way for the sake of his friends. And though he still struggled with questions about his own identity, he found comfort in knowing that he was part of a group working towards a greater good.
Abilities
Enhanced Senses - Beeper's biological and artificial parts work together to give him exceptional senses, such as heightened hearing and sight. He can detect faint sounds from far away and see in near-total darkness.
Data Analysis - With his artificial components, Beeper has the ability to process and analyze large amounts of data at a rapid pace. This can be useful for deciphering complex systems or finding patterns in information.
Enhanced Strength - Beeper's artificial components give him greater strength and endurance than someone not of his species. He can lift heavier objects and endure more physical strain without tiring.
