Character Usage
General Description
Generally speaking, I am open to people getting fanart/gifts of my character, and in most cases people are free to do so without asking me beforehand. I do not mind if you want to ask even in cases where you would have my permission to do so. This page really is only for anyone wanting to commission or draw my character in a situation where it would be considered gift art (as when I am getting art, the dos and don'ts would be discussed). I have created this page to act as an general guide on what to do, and some dos and don'ts.
I ask that if you are depicting my characters in any form, that you agree to the following:
- Do not depict hateful content using my character, or anything of such.
- Please ask me for permission before uploading the picture you commissioned. For commissioners, I'd prefer to have me or/and the artist upload the picture only, if the picture contains only my character. If the picture contains your character, you can be allowed to upload the art then. For artists wanting to draw my character, 9/10 times I am probably fine with you wanting to upload the art, however wouldn't mind a message beforehand letting me know!
- I reserve the right to post the media (with credit given to the artist, and one to the commissioner if they want to as well!) unless we have come to a special agreement.
- I ask that you give credit in some form to me. (Example: CHARACTER NAME © SoftDiamond).

Purpose
The purpose of this page is to help minimize inaccurate depictions of my characters, and to help clear any confusion that people have regarding getting art of my characters. It is here to help maintain the overall quality and accuracy of said characters. It also is in place to help establish proper crediting of my characters.
This page is subject to change, and it is recommended to check back on this page periodically.
Character Specific Rules
Though I am fine with most fanart, I do have a couple of guidelines that should be followed when crediting my characters to help achieve accuracy of said characters.
Some characters listed below, regardless of the way they are depicted can be depicted under a single name; However, some characters depicted may have special ways to credit them.
SoftDiamond
Any depiction of SoftDiamond should be tagged as so. In the case of drawing SoftDiamond's previous design, use SoftDiamond (2012 version) as the name of the character.
- Tiny Softs should be labelled as both Tiny Soft(s) and SoftDiamond, but not the other way around.
Orin
Any depiction of Orin is fine to use and can be tagged under Orin.
Beeper
Any depiction of Beeper is fine and can be tagged under Beeper.
Totem
Both (and any hybrid between versions) Corgi and Luck Dragon forms of Totem can be tagged simply as just Totem.
Artemis
Any depiction of Artemis is fine and can be tagged under Artemis.
